Become a Base Form partner
Bring personal trainers and coaches onto Base Form with your own link. Every month their clients pay through the app, you get half of what Base Form makes — for as long as they stay.
No cost to join. No selling required after the intro — they keep paying, you keep earning.
One introduction can keep earning for as long as your trainer keeps paying.

They start their business on Base Form. Theirs, for good — nobody can move them to someone else.
Every month their clients pay through the app, Base Form takes 10%, and you keep 5% of it — for as long as they take payments here.
Earnings
A few introductions. Income that keeps coming back.
Estimates assume collected fees, before refunds. Your half continues while the referred trainer pays Base Form. Free trials earn no commission.
| Trainers referred | $800/mo each | $2,000/mo each | $5,000/mo each |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $40/mo | $100/mo | $199.50/mo |
| 5 | $200/mo | $500/mo | $997.50/mo |
| 10 | $400/mo | $1,000/mo | $1,995/mo |
Half of Base Form’s 10% fee, capped at $199.50/month per trainer — the same cap that protects payment-fee bill. Self-billed slots share that same combined ceiling. Founding subscriptions earn $49.50/month after trial.
No. Partners are people who know trainers — coaches at a gym, salespeople, influencers, anyone with an audience of trainers. You never need a Base Form business of your own.
Base Form reviews and sends payouts manually each month once you’re owed $25 or more and your payout details and tax form are on file. We send the money outside the app using your payment handle or payout email, such as PayPal or Venmo; you do not collect it from trainers or their clients. Smaller balances carry forward, and arrival time depends on the payment service. Before your first payout we ask for a one-time tax form (a W-9 in the US) — partners are independent contractors, not employees, so you’re responsible for your own taxes and we report what we pay you where the law requires it.
Your share is half of their eligible Base Form subscription payment: $49.50 for a fully paid $99 month, with refund adjustments where applicable. It is not 5% of their clients’ payments on that plan.
For U.S. partners, the W-9 gives us the tax information we need to pay your referral commissions and report them correctly—it doesn’t make you an employee or charge you anything. If tax reporting is required, we’ll provide a 1099 showing what we paid you during the year.
No cap on how many trainers you bring or how much you can earn in total. The only limit is per trainer, per month: $199.5, the same ceiling that caps what Base Form ever takes from that trainer.
You earn nothing that month — there’s nothing to share half of. As soon as they’re taking payments again, so are you. Nothing to renew, nothing to re-earn.
